These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Monmouth AI LLC, operating as WestchesterAI ("WestchesterAI," "we," "us," or "our"), a New Jersey limited liability company. By purchasing an AI Visibility Audit or any other service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

WestchesterAI provides AI Visibility Audit reports ("Audits") and optional managed implementation services ("Managed Services"). Audits are one-time diagnostic reports generated using our proprietary technology.

2. Audit Reports

Each Audit is custom-generated for your specific business, category, and geographic location using proprietary AI analysis technology. Reports reflect AI platform responses at the time of generation. AI search results are dynamic and may change over time.

3. Refund Policy

All sales of AI Visibility Audit reports are final. No refunds will be issued.

Each Audit is a custom-generated digital product created specifically for your business using proprietary technology and real-time AI platform queries. Because the work begins immediately upon purchase, we are unable to offer refunds. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

4. Delivery

Audit reports are delivered electronically within 24 hours of payment. If you do not receive your report, check your spam folder and contact us at [email protected].

5. Accuracy and Limitations

We use commercially reasonable methods to query AI platforms. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI platform responses. Recommendations are informational and do not guarantee specific business outcomes.

6. Intellectual Property

All proprietary technology, methodologies, and content remain the exclusive property of Monmouth AI LLC. Your Audit report is licensed for your internal business use only.

7. Managed Services

Managed Services are separate engagements billed monthly, cancellable with 30 days' written notice. Purchase of an Audit does not obligate you to purchase Managed Services.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monmouth AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Monmouth County, New Jersey.
